• Payment can be made via credit card, AllPay, or Telegram Stars
• Orders are confirmed via email and/or Telegram
• You will receive instructions for using your purchase after payment confirmation

Product Delivery

• Individual products: Delivered within 7 business days unless otherwise specified
• Group products: Scheduled when the minimum group size is reached
• Digital products: Delivered immediately or within 24 hours
• Event tickets: Valid for the specified event date

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product type:

• Event tickets: Refundable up to 7 days before the event
• Digital products: No refunds after delivery
• Group experiences: Refundable before group formation
• Workshops: Refundable up to 48 hours before start time
